SalusBee (registered trademark) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, complying with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016), namely:
- To collect only the data strictly necessary for the provision of the service;
- All communications made with customers are only made with their consent, namely sending newsletters and news from SalusBee (except in cases where the communication is inherent to the service, such as order status, for example);
- If, at any time, you wish to change your consent or remove your account, please contact us at beehelp@beeliever.pt so that we can do the same.
- We do not share our customers’ data with third parties;
- In the event of undue access by third parties, all affected customers and the responsible authority will be alerted within a maximum of 72 hours.
General Terms and Conditions of Use
Accessing and browsing this site are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Privacy and Data Protection Policy presented by the commercial company Beeliever – Produtos da Colmeia Unipessoal, Lda., NIPC PT516516701, with registered office at Rua Salgueiro Maia Lote 34 R/C 2955-028 Pinhal Novo, hereinafter referred to as SalusBee®, by reference to the trademark it owns.
Delivery times and conditions
Orders are only dispatched once payment has been confirmed. If payment is made by 2pm on a working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders paid for after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery times are around 2-3 working days, taking into account the date and time of payment. The customer will be contacted by the courier with notice of the expected delivery date.
If your order is not fully integrated at the time of delivery, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action and send you a new order.
Warning: The shipping times indicated will be complied with under normal order processing conditions, with the exception of exceptional increases in the volume of orders that may occur during festive periods or during promotional campaigns, as well as other eventualities that hinder the regular provision of the delivery service.
Returns
Orders can be returned within a maximum of 15 days.
The customer must consider that the product to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, i.e. it must be properly sealed.
If the product is not in the specified condition, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipment and is therefore not entitled to a refund of any amount.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs other than those set out in Article 12(3) and Article 13, where applicable, and without having to state the reason, within 14 days or, in the case of off-premises contracts referred to in Article 3(i)(ii) and (v), within 30 days:
a) From the day the contract is concluded, in the case of service contracts;

(ii) the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last lot or item, in the case of the delivery of goods consisting of several lots or items;
(iii) From the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good, in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods over a given period;
c) From the day of conclusion of the contract, in the case of contracts for the supply of water, gas or electricity, which are not for sale in limited volume or quantity, district heating or digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

In the event of a dispute, we would like to inform you that the consumer can turn to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal, on the following website www.consumidor.pt – which are reproduced here – or Online Consumer Dispute Resolution identified on the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
Payment methods
SalusBee offers various types of payment methods for purchases made in the store online:
– MB WAY
Customers can pay for their order using the MB WAY payment system. To do so, during the order process, you must select this payment method and indicate the cell phone number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the purchase confirmation steps indicated.
If the number entered does not correspond to a payment number registered in that application, the following message will be displayed: “We were unable to validate your payment.
As indicated in the application, payment must be made at the five-minute deadline, sunder penalty of order cancellation. If payment is successfully completed by 2pm on a working day, the order is expected to be dispatched on the same day. Orders paid for after this time are expected to be dispatched the following working day.

– Credit card
Customers can pay by credit card, taking advantage of the liquidity and payment terms offered by their bank. The use of this means of payment presupposes, at least until the moment of purchase, the insertion of the 16 digits, as well as the three digits of the card’s CCV security code, its validity and the name of the cardholder, which must correspond to the name of the account holder or a family member of the same household. In order to comply with fraud screening and security control procedures, the customer who wishes to use a bank card that does not meet the requirements listed above may need to provide clarification. In this case, the order will not be processed until the details of the payment method have been clarified.

When you select this payment method, an automatic payment reference is generated by the system, which will appear on the website and then sent by e-mail, with the order details and reference so that you can make the payment.
The reference generated is active for 48 hours. If you do not pay for the order within this period, it will be canceled unless the customer indicates otherwise.
After making payment, SalusBee will receive confirmation and your order will be dispatched the same day (by 2pm) or the next working day.
– PayShop
The Payshop service is available in a nationwide network of more than 7,000 points, including more than 5,000 Payshop agents. The network of Payshop agents is made up of local commercial establishments, such as stationery shops, tobacconists, kiosks, supermarkets and others, chosen according to strict criteria of security and quality of service.
It’s a simple, fast and hassle-free service – no need for bank cards, registrations, entering data or codes.
By selecting this payment method, an automatic payment reference is generated by the system, which will be sent by e-mail, with the order details and reference so that you can make the payment.
